Slalom is a global consulting firm focused on strategy, technology, and business transformation. As a technology consulting company, it saw a significant shortage of women in the workforce even though tech jobs are in high demand and are high paying. HS students went through the design thinking process to really dig deep into why there's a lack of interest in computer science at an adolescent age (around middle school) and what solutions could be made to tackle this problem.
